On the 3rd week, I post comments on the videos on webnewmedia.ning.com. The video I posted comment on is the first video, which showed the improvement of technology and another is on the use of social website. I feel that the two videos are really interesting and also, taught me many things. For example, I have learnt the use of social networking, not only to interact with other people but can even look for jobs! I think I have learnt a lot from this activity as I have learnt new things from the two videos, and also learnt how to post comments on some websites such as webnewmedia.

My first IS lesson reflection

I feel that this lesson was very useful as I have learnt what is FTP, URL, Domain Names and IP address. I feel that the most interesting one is the domain name. I thought that it is interesting as I did not know what the symbols and numbers in the web address stand for, however, now I know that these complicated numbers and symbols are actually used to identify the portal. In the past, I heard about 'IP address' and 'URL'. I did not know what those were, however, after this lesson, I know that IP address help to identify the website while URL stands for the uniform resource locator. I feel that this lesson is really useful!

Hi, this is Koh Kah Xuan from class 1P4. I live with my parents and an elder sister. I was from West Grove Primary School. I enjoy doing sports, especially playing basketball. As for indoors activity, I enjoy reading.

I normally use facebook to interact with my friends from my primary school, and also tag on some of my friends blog. My primary 6 class had a class blog, that was when I came across blogging. I usually use the Power point or Microsoft word to do some of my homeworks or projects. During my free time, I also play some online games.
